On my eleventh birthday I asked for my very first CD, and that CD was Pink's Missundaztood. I have always felt some sort of connection to her, and her lyrics. Even before I knew I was going to be a songwriter. There is something about her honesty that I love. I am all about stating the facts, in ways "the you" would say them. Pink is a perfect example of that. She has this edginess you would never expect out of a pop artist, and I love that. Some people may not take "pop artists" very seriously." When it comes to pink, she's a badass, while appealing to the popular masses. I hope to someday see her live, and write music with her.
