Itsy bitsy teeny weeny...Can you finish the lyric? I'm talking about polka dots, people! The cute little bugga's are back (did they ever leave?). The polka dot is a classic staple print, but like any major fashion trend runs on a cycle of popularity. And the verdict for Spring 2013 is that the dot is hot to trot!!!

No longer are polka dots reserved for yellow polka dot bikinis, or even Minnie Mouse or uber preppy types. These dots are popping up everywhere on everything - flowy blouses, manicured nails, printed denim, dudes' sweaters, and even yummy milkshakes (yes, milkshakes - you'll have to check out the gallery to see what I mean!).
