I literally would eat wheat almost every single day. I found out I was allergic to wheat, corn, & almonds. Two other things I would eat every single day...
Now, I am not the type to diet or stress too much about what I eat. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle! If I was truly being affected by this, then I needed to make some changes. I have been gluten free for about two months now and I feel amazing! I use to struggle with insomnia and it is cured. Also, anxiety, digestive issues. As well as my skin. All pretty much cured!
It is not easy but well worth it. Here are some of my favorite gluten free foods/ tips.
It can get really expensive so I am learning to cook more often. I DO NOT COOK. I am not going to sit here and say that I prepare my boyfriends meals everyday, because I don't. I was the baby in my family and cooking has never been my thing. But this has kind of forced me to try & learn. At the end of the day it is just following directions...
