10 Healthy Little Snacks To Keep You Fit!
It's 2013! A new year, new goals, and maybe a new outlook on life. People often ask me, "What do you do to stay so thin." I'm never quite sure what that means.
This is what I do do to stay healthy, and happy. :)
1. I try to eat healthy, and live a healthy lifestyle. I DO NOT diet, I love bread, pasta, and wine. Sometimes diet is the way to go, but diet has never been the answer for me.
2. I DO NOT eat fast food, and don't regurlarly eat sweets. Those two are a biggie for me. Also try to cut back on alchohol. If I do drink, I try to pick the healthiest choice.
3. I exercise! I really wanted to get in shape, and find exercise I ENJOYED. The gym is boring to me... I HATE THE GYM. Luckily, I discovered CorePower Yoga. Completely changed my life mentally, and physically. It is heated yoga, but very healthy & safe. I know some people are intimidated by heated yoga, t just depends on the class. Yoga has completely changed my life, regardless if it is heated or not. :)
I know in our busy lives it is hard to snack. Especially eat easy, healthy snacks. Here are a few of my favs. I either grab them as I am walking out the door, or pack snacks in my purse. It is important to eat healthy snacks throughout the day. It is NEVER okay to starve yourself.
